Commercial Flat Bottom Silos
We offer a comprehensive selection of commercial silo solutions, featuring an extensive array of flat-bottom silo models with diameters ranging from 3.66 to 32.00 meters. Our silos are engineered to accommodate all free-flowing cereals, including wheat, maize, barley, rapeseed, and soybeans. They are designed in compliance with ASAE/ANSI, DIN 1055 Part 6, and Eurocode standards, while also factoring in local wind, seismic, and snow load requirements.
The standard sidewall sheets are constructed from galvanized steel with thicknesses ranging from 1.20 mm to 5.0 mm, while the bin stiffeners utilize galvanized steel from 1.20 mm to 8.00 mm. This includes standard steel featuring a coating of 600 g/m², with a tensile strength of up to 470 N/mm² and a yield stress of up to 420 N/mm². All sidewall sheets are assembled using high-strength grade 10.9 bolts, equipped with a spun galvanized coating to ensure corrosion resistance, complemented by stainless steel and rubber washers. Additionally, the application of strip sealant at both horizontal and vertical joints guarantees an effective seal between sidewall sheets and fixings. Where required, laminated sheets are utilized to fulfill specific calculation requirements.
Commercial Hopper Bottom Silos
We offer two hopper models: 45° and 60°, designed to provide optimal solutions for both 'wet' products and those with high friction angles, accommodating silo diameters of up to 14.63 meters. Our commercial hopper bottom silos are engineered for versatility, rapid assembly, and cost-effectiveness per tonne. The implementation of hoppers is recognized as the most efficient solution for frequent product unloading cycles, effectively preventing residual material buildup within the silo and minimizing the reliance on mechanical equipment.
Hopper sheets, compression rings, and support steel undergo hot-dip galvanization post-manufacture to enhance durability.
The internal surfaces of the hopper sheets are fitted with mushroom-headed bolts, ensuring maximum cleanliness within the silo.
Smooth Square Silos
Our smooth wall silo is a welded storage system specifically designed for products that require complete emptying, such as seeds and mixed feed. It ensures that powdery and poorly flowing materials remain unmixed and uncontaminated, featuring a design that eliminates inner wall faults and reduces assembly time. The cell layout is fully customizable to meet your specific needs and is tailored to fit your unique production process. We can construct silos in any length, width, or height. Notably, a square silo offers 25% more storage capacity than round silos with the same floor area. Our steel silo panels are utilized to create rectangular or square silo cells, maximizing the use of available space. The standard panels are available in various widths, and by combining different sizes, we can create a range of possible cell dimensions.
Smooth Round Silos
We offer steel round silos designed for storing granular and powder products such as flour, bran, and semolina. Manufactured in modular sections with all bolted connections, these silos allow for easy mounting and dismounting. Before painting, our food-grade epoxy-coated silos undergo special surface treatments, such as sandblasting, to ensure quality. The smooth surface prevents product build-up and sticking to the walls, making them suitable for vibratory discharging.
Corrugated Square Silos
Our Corrugated Square Silos are designed using single-wall trapezoidal panels that are bolted together, forming robust vertical octagonal columns. Typically, these silos are installed on a steel structure engineered according to the plant layout. This structure can be expanded with machine towers, complete with decks and access points. Our silo solutions cater to every need, with cell sizes up to 4m x 4m. This rectangular silo solution offers various cell separations, adapting to different storage volumes and product types. Our square silos provide efficient storage solutions for both agricultural and commercial applications involving seeds and grains.
Galvanized Feed Silos
We provide a wide range of galvanized feed storage bins designed to keep feed dry, fresh, and nutritious. Our silos feature a waved metal exterior to minimize temperature fluctuations and reduce condensation, enhancing feed quality while preventing mold accumulation. Hopper slopes are available in 60° and 67° configurations, with options for 400 mm or 550 mm openings. Our feed bins have capacities ranging from 2.5 tons to 49 tons.
