Our Hammer Mill – LS Series is designed for high-capacity particle size reduction of grains, converting them into uniform meal. By breaking the grain’s protective hull, the grinding process improves nutrient availability for digestion while enhancing pelleting quality and production capacity, without compromising nutritional value.

Operational Features & Safety Systems

The LS Series features a fast screen-changing system with a pneumatic cylinder, a meal collection bin with filter or pneumatic conveying option, and integrated safety controls including bearing and grinding chamber temperature sensors, as well as a zero-speed sensor.

Technical Highlights

The hammer mill operates with a 1500 rpm motor at 50 Hz. Stated capacities are based on a 3.5 mm screen, ensuring reliable and repeatable performance under standard operating conditions.
