Engineering Standards & Structural Safety

Engineered in compliance with ASAE/ANSI, DIN 1055 Part 6, and Eurocode standards, these silos are designed to withstand wind, seismic, and snow load conditions, ensuring safe operation and long service life.

Construction Quality & Durability  

Our silo structure is manufactured from high-quality galvanized steel sheets with thicknesses from 1.20 to 5.0 mm and reinforced with vertical stiffeners from 1.50 to 8.0 mm. High-strength grade 10.9 galvanized bolts and sealing systems provide excellent durability and corrosion resistance.

Diameters & Storage Capacities 

Our Flat bottom silos are available with diameters from 3.66 m up to 32.00 m and storage capacities ranging from 5 m³ to 25,000 m³, offering flexible and economical solutions for small to large-scale grain storage projects.

Guaranteed Steel Quality & Structural Calculation

Our silo cylinder is produced from S450GD steel with Z600 g/m² coating, while the roof structure uses S280GD steel with ZM310 g/m² coating. Structural calculations are performed according to ANSI, ASAE EP 433, Eurocode EN 1991-4, or other required local standards.
