Our Heavy Duty Bucket Elevators are engineered for high-capacity vertical conveying of grains, seeds, and bulk materials. With a robust steel structure and wear-resistant buckets, they ensure reliable and continuous operation even under the most demanding industrial conditions.

High-Capacity Performance

We offer the Heavy Duty series with nominal conveying capacities of up to 1,500 t/h and belt speeds adjustable up to 3.2 m/s, providing efficient material handling for large-scale operations.

We Designed for use in grain terminals, feed mills, flour plants, and other industrial facilities, our bucket elevators combine strength, durability, and low maintenance requirements.

Durable Components & Configuration Options

Our Heavy Duty Bucket Elevators can be supplied with PEHD, nylon, or steel buckets. Optional features include removable anti-wear linings on the head and feed zones in UHMW or wear-resistant steel, an anti-oil and anti-static belt, and a drive wheel with detachable rubber sectors.

Safety & Monitoring Systems

Inspection doors on the head and boot allow easy access for maintenance. Additional options include inlet magnets, anti-clogging sensors, anti-skid systems, speed monitoring, and bearing temperature control to ensure safe and reliable operation.

Our Medium Duty Bucket Elevators provide a reliable, cost-efficient, and flexible solution for the vertical conveying of grains and granular materials. Designed to integrate easily into storage and conveying systems, they are available with capacities ranging from 25 to 250 tons per hour.

Manufactured with premium drive components, heavy-duty elevator belts, and wear-resistant buckets, our bucket elevators ensure consistent performance and extended service life in continuous operation.

High-Temperature & Heavy-Duty Operation

Equipped with oil- and heat-resistant belts rated up to 180°C, these bucket elevators deliver maximum reliability even under demanding and high-temperature operating conditions.
