OUR Crumbling and Granulation Systems are essential equipment in animal feed mill technology, designed to reduce pellet size without the need to change pellet mill dies. The system uses adjustable rollers to gently break pellets into uniform crumbs while preserving pellet structure and nutritional value.

This process is especially important in poultry feed production, where newly hatched chicks cannot consume standard 3–4 mm pellets intended for adult birds. Controlled crumbling produces consistent particle size, minimizes fines, and ensures better feed intake, digestibility, and growth performance. Crumblers are commonly installed after the pellet press and cooler, providing reliable and flexible size reduction for starter and grower feeds in modern feed mills.
